At the Hot Yoga Room we believe in the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. We support our students in forming a strong relationship with their practise and to work intuitively with there body and mind.

Yoga with Awareness, allows students to be more open and fully present, tapping into there higher wisdom and power of spirit.

Each class focuses on postural alignment, breathing, core stabilization, bandhas and meditation, so whether this is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will be challenged, supported, encouraged and most importantly reminded to bring your attention to your body and your breath.

Yoga provides you an opportunity to heal, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally, a chance to come back to our centre, into balance and achieve vibrant health.
